GCMD operates on a small-batch, intentionally paced production model.
Some pieces are in-studio and ship quickly; others are created through our preorder process and finished by hand in Vermont.
The information below outlines how shipping, returns, and exchanges work.
Shipping
Preorder Shipments
Preorder pieces enter our next production cycle and are hand-finished once they arrive in the studio.
Production window: 2–3 weeks
This begins at the time your order is placed.
When your garment has been finished and inspected, it ships immediately.
You will receive:
- a shipping confirmation
- tracking information
Shipping Locations
GCMD ships worldwide.
We currently offer:
- Domestic shipping (USA)
- International shipping
If your country does not appear at checkout, email info@weargcmd.com and we will do our best to accommodate your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- order weight
- carrier availability
International orders may incur duties or taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched:
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by region and customs processing)
Please note that holiday seasons, weather, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
Returns
Because GCMD pieces are produced in small batches and many are finished specifically for each order, we cannot accept traditional full refunds.
We do offer the following option:
Store Credit Returns
If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it promptly.
Email info@weargcmd.com with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability due to our small-batch, limited-run structure.
If the size or color you need is available, we will process an exchange.
If not, you may return the item for store credit.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- free of deodorant, makeup, or scent
- in original condition
- with original tags attached
GCMD reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- your order number
- the item you’d like to return or exchange
- photos (if reporting damage)

GCMD’s preorder model allows us to operate intentionally:
reducing waste, avoiding overproduction, and maintaining quality through small-batch, hand-finished releases.
